I am a life-long Pleasant Grove resident and proud to call our community home. I absolutely love our local schools and the education I received at Grovecrest Elementary, Pleasant Grove Junior High and Pleasant Grove High School shaped who I am. I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and was employed at the University as a Financial Aid Advisor. It was at this position that I gained an appreciation for helping students to reach their higher educational goals. My love for education inspired me to become involved with my childrens’ schools where I continue to serve.
My greatest education in life comes from raising three amazing sons with my husband, Ryan. I represent the past, present and future residents of Pleasant Grove. I know where we’ve been and where our community needs to go. I know the future of Pleasant Grove is bright and I hope to be an example of civic and community service to not only to my children, but all residents. Experience as a lifelong resident, education, community involvement and passionate commitment to the people of Pleasant Grove shows that I truly know and understand the needs of our growing city. I have prepared myself over the past seven years but more importantly throughout my life here in Pleasant Grove to continue serving as your City Councilwoman.
